1) The tour fare already includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and tips, all tickets on the itinerary and round-trip transportation costs.

2) More than 8 people form a group, and each group has a maximum of 43 people.

3) The charging standard is: 3 years old or above are charged as adults; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group can only have 1 free quota)

4) The itinerary attractions and lunch time will be adjusted according to the traffic conditions of the day.

5) If it rains, we will depart as usual.

6) The venue may be repaired or closed due to the circumstances of the day. The organizer has the right to decide. In case of such a situation, the company will not be responsible or compensate.

7) The peak season of cherry blossoms is from the end of March to the beginning of April. The state of cherry blossoms will change due to weather conditions. If the state of cherry blossoms is not available on the day of the tour, no refund will be given.

8) For the celebration of the Military Port Festival, the final decision of the event lies in the event holding conference. If the conference changes the schedule and the celebration is canceled on the day of departure, the company will depart as usual, only to watch the cherry blossoms, and not to participate in any such celebrations

9) There are certain risks and potential dangers in outdoor activities. When considering accepting any activities included in the tour group or provided during the journey, guests must evaluate whether they are suitable for participation based on their own health or ability.
In the event of an accident due to force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel only undertake the obligation to rescue with all their strength, and the company and its members do not bear any responsibility for the damage or casualties.

10) Every customer who departs for a one-day tour will receive a stick of Korean high-end deep water.

11) A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If you change the gathering time of the itinerary reservation, you will be contacted by E-MAIL. Please pay attention!

12) Due to the limited number and style of the complimentary breakfast and beverages, guests cannot choose them on the spot. Please forgive me if they cannot meet the needs of all customers; if you have special needs, such as vegetarian or food allergies, please prepare them yourself and we will not be able to cooperate!
       Children who do not occupy a seat for free are not eligible for this offer. Please check with Customer Service Department for details.

13) Special arrangements will be given to each guest to choose a thoughtful breakfast bread/cake/rice ball.
         *The number and styles of breakfast are limited and cannot be selected. Please forgive me.

14) Cancellation of Policy or Changes to Policy

        1 day group:

       Within 5 days (inclusive) before departure, half of the tour fee will be charged

       Within 10 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of $200 will be charged

       Within 14 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of $100 will be charged

       2 days or more group:

       Within 7 days (inclusive) before departure, 100% of the payment will be deducted

       Within 10 days (inclusive) before departure, 50% of the handling fee will be charged


       20% handling fee will be charged within 14 days (inclusive) before departure
